Six simple skinny arm moves.

A lot of people are asking for thin arms these days, Lun's family clearly has hair a lot of ah, you don't look seriously! Methods/Steps

Sit on the floor with your hands supporting anything above your knees, a couch, etc., prop yourself up, then go up and down, as shown in the picture. Repeat this motion 20 times.

Stand up straight, take a long step with your right leg to the right, hold your hands together above your head, then swing them to the back of your head and then above your head. This action can thin the arm oh, you can do several times yo.

Stand straight, take a big step to the right, into a straddle shape, grab a bottle of mineral water in both hands, first raise your hand flat, left hand to expand, right hand to the left bend straight. The same goes for the other side, as shown below.

Stand up straight, take a big step to the right, into a straddle position, grab a bottle of mineral water in each hand, straight forward, and then hold the mineral water in both hands up to the chest, at elbow level.

Stand up straight on your side and take a big step to the right to form a straddle. Hold a ball in your hand, volleyball or basketball, up to your chin. Then hold the ball from the chin to the back of the head and back to the chin.
