Ultrasonic welding strength is closely related to the quality of our welding products. During the welding process, the quality of the products welded out under different strength conditions is uneven, and the following phenomena occur when ultrasonic welding is used, and different reasons should be adjusted according to different ways of welding data.

Second, when the product welding is insufficient, the cause may be: the input energy is too little to work. In this case, it can be adjusted in the following ways: 1. Increase the use of pressure. 2. Increase welding time. 3. Increase the number of range segments. 4. Use a more powerful model. 5. Replace the mold.

Third, when the product welding is uneven, the product should be adjusted according to different ways when there are different problems: 1, when the workpiece is deformed. Solution: Check whether the workpiece size is qualified. Check whether working conditions cause deformation of the workpiece. Adjust the speed or pressure of the buffer. 2. The contact between the welding head, the bottom die and the workpiece is uneven. Solution: The welding line was redesigned to make the height consistent. Adjust the horizontal screws. Check that the operating conditions are correct. Check the shape and size of the workpiece.
